- a single home visit from a Family Support Worker
- information and support on breastfeeding
- home safety information
- ASQ developmental screening tools
- referrals to additional resources, and
- a Welcome Baby Bag, which includes information in multiple languages about local groups and resources for babies and their families, a safety kit, grooming and healthcare kit, a book, and more!
In addition to receiving a Welcome Baby Bag, families will receive a follow-up phone call to schedule a visit for ASQ developmental screening and connect to other resources upon need.
SomerBaby is sponsored by SomerPromise of the Somerville Department of Health and Human Services and supported by the Somerville Family Learning Collaborative of the Somerville Public Schools.
