3:30-3:45pm: Brief Awards Ceremony in Room 425
Somerville High School Science Department hosts its annual Science and Engineering Fair. Students in grades 9–12 spend several weeks, and in some cases several months, researching one topic and following the scientific method and/or engineering design process to investigate one question deeply. In the morning, the projects will be judged by local scientists and engineers, including many from Tufts University.
2020 Region IV Science Fair

The 2020 Massachusetts Region IV Science Fair will be held at Tufts University. The six Regional Science Fairs serve as qualifying competitions for the Massachusetts State Science Fair. Many Somerville High School students go on to compete in this fair, and would love your support!
