Returning Instruments FAQ
For Spring 2017
How do I return a rented Band Instrument?
flute, clarinet, sax, trumpet, trombone and percussion kits
If you wish to return your Needham Music rental instrument, please contact the company first at 781.444.6429. A representative will come to the school to pick up the instrument. As a courtesy, please let your band teacher know as well that you have called Needham Music to return the instrument.
Please do not drop off the Needham Music instrument in the office or in the music room without first contacting Needham Music. This creates a confusing situation for the school faculty and staff. Drop off the Needham Music instrument in the school's main office only after you have contacted Needham Music to let them know that you are returning your rental instrument.
Please also be aware that the contract ends with Needham Music when the instrument is returned. Any money paid to Needham Music DOES NOT carry over into the 2017-2018 school year. If your student is planning to continue with band next year (on the same or a different instrument) you may wish to continue paying into the rent-to-own program with Needham Music.
