The Somerville High School Alumni page is sponsored by Somerville High School and the Somerville High School Scholarship Foundation (SHSSF) to strengthen the bonds of the SHS community by providing important updates, honoring the achievements of our alumni, assisting alumni with opportunities to engage the SHS community, and fostering the spirit of SHS pride & belonging.
SHSSF's Annual $10,000 Raffle will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 in the The Highlander Cafe in the Culinary Department at the high school.
Refreshments will be served at 6:30PM and the drawing will begin at 7:00PM. Email us for opportunities to purchase $100 raffle tickets.

Share what you've been up to since graduating SHS and reconnect with friends and classmates. Use this form to share your recent achievements, accomplishments, or life highlights. If you would like to be considered for a more extensive “Spotlight” please share your recent bio and achievement/highlight to shssfoundation@gmail.com. Include “Spotlight” in the email subject line, along with your name, year of graduation, a 1-2 paragraph bio with your achievement or highlight, and a picture in the body of the email.

SHS Class of 1976 Reunion, Friday, May 29.
This includes two parts: the SHS Class Day portion at 8:00 AM at SHS and the Class of 1976 Reunion Committee portion at Avellino’s located at 313 Mystic Ave, Medford starting at 1:00 PM. SHS Scholarship Foundation
The Somerville High School Scholarship Foundation (SHSSF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation established with the express intent of distributing scholarships to Somerville's public school graduates. Founded in 1990, the Foundation's board of directors is strictly composed of volunteers. Directors are current and former school administrators, headmasters/principals, teachers, students, elected officials, and members of the community. The Foundation works closely with the high school counseling department in coordinating the annual SHS Scholarship Night. This year’s SHS Scholarship Night will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
The SHSSF actively seeks donations from individuals, corporations and estates who wish to further the mission of providing funds to graduating SHS seniors. Please consider giving in memory of a loved one or to the STAR (Staff and Teacher Alumni Recognition) Scholarship in recognition of a teacher who impacted your life (please include STAR and the staff member name in the memo/subject line). All contributions are tax deductible.
