Finding Food in Somerville

For Somerville Public Schools students: 

• Free School Breakfast and Lunch in school everyday! Check the School Meals Menu daily.
  • Breakfast at most PK–8 schools: 7:30 a.m.
  • Breakfast at Somerville High school at 7:15 a.m.

For Somerville Public Schools families: 

• Free Food Market. There are free food markets every month at the WSNS and ESNS for SPS families. Please speak to your child's school liaison to get a pass for the market. Families may take food if they have a pass and markets are open while supplies last.

For Somerville residents:

• Somerville Food Coalition  - information about local food pantries and community meals.
• Somerville food pantry maps and calendars in several languages.
• Project Bread Food Resource hotline - with counselors available to speak in 180 languages. They can help families find food assistance and access the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program.
