The Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC), founded in 1986, is a coalition of public and private organizations that provide services to Somerville families with children birth to age 8 and beyond. The Council convenes providers, advocates, and parents to identify trends, facilitate partnerships, support targeted efforts, and align services.
