Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences will be held Thursday, January 28, from 3:30 -5:30 PM. Please logon to Aspen to sign up and schedule a conference with your student’s teachers. Please notify your student’s teacher if interpreter services are needed.
The Aspen Quick Guide for Parents and Guardians provides a brief tutorial on accessing and using Aspen. If you are having difficulty remembering your login for the portal, here are some tips:
-logins are your student's local ID number - for example, 311001234
-passwords are a numeric pin previously emailed to you or often located on a previous report card or interim progress report
If you are unable to access the portal, please contact your student's assistant principal at Somerville High. You will be asked to provide identifying information about your student such as their First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, local ID number and Date of Birth. Upon verification of this information, you will receive an email with your Login details.
