Join a college planning night tailored for students with disabilities and learn about supports in college, applying for accommodations in college, and preparing for the transition to college. Presenters include SPS Special Education Staff, Somerville College & Career Counselors, and Student Accessibility Services at Westfield State and Bridgewater State Universities. Interpretation will be available during the event. The event is specifically for high school students with a disability on an IEP or 504 Plan and their families.
