Intra-District Transfer Registration

Information and Documents You will Need

• To request a transfer from one school to a different school within the Somerville district, complete an Intra-District Transfer Request Form: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole.
• Intra-districts will be accepted for the 2025-2026 School Year starting April 1, 2025.
• Email the form to Herenia Hernandez or Colleen Flynn. You may also drop the form off at the Enrollment Office, which is located at 167 Holland Street, third floor.
• Families who apply by May 15, 2025 will receive a response from the Enrollment Office by the 2^nd week of June, otherwise transfer requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
• Parents/guardians will be notified of the decision by email. If the transfer request is denied, students will be added to the waitlist for their chosen school.
